Prof. Agnes Binagwaho is a pediatrician who has served 17 years in high-level government positions across the Rwanda Health Sector. She is currently the Vice Chancellor of the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda (UGHE), a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School, a Professor of the Practice of Global Health Delivery at UGHE, and an Adjunct Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Dartmouth College’s Geisel School of Medicine.
